Great location , ample parking, good doctors and smiling nurses.

However dissatisfied with the service. They should have a better mechanism of informing about the payment amounts. I checked their interim bill and the end of the day when i go to make the payment to my dismay i find a large sum which was not reflected on the interim bill. I have made a complaint on the stay to the complaint box , so far has not received any response acknowledging it.

Good channeling services.

Today morning, I went to this place since I got a strong pain in the back side of the head, pain was unbearable, vomitish, eye site was not good, and many other scary symptoms. Went to emergency, they put me to a room,gave pain killers, sent home, doctor said he is a normal doctor, he can't do anything more than that, no urologists can be seen at that time (available on fully booked), if the pain does not go see a neurologist later. They didn't care me at all. Kept me in the queue to pay that small bill at emergency, where I had to reproduce my age, etc to fill the billing forms. I am so dissatisfied. Lodged a written complain to Nimesha, customer care, and for cross checking my bill numbers are CS 1678323 and ED 27722. My advice to whoever read this is not to go there for an emergency, proven by my face book friends comments with their views.
