My usual place, but they disappoint me this time

I usually go to this place as I find them to a great job, but recently I visited them trice for my nails with an appointment with miky . First time also they kept me waiting more than 20 minutes. And today also they did the same , everyone is tight for time , if I get late for appointment they don’t allow me more than 10 minutes. When it comes to them they kept me for ages , do not do this to clients like us who are regulars at least Thank you

I’ve been going to Beauty Nail Spa at the Crescat outlet, and I must say Thilini is absolutely wonderful! 💅❤️ She is so friendly, patient, and genuinely hardworking. You can really see the care and passion she puts into her work. What I love most is that my nails always stay beautiful for a long time, and Thilini is amazing at recommending colours that suit me. She pays attention to the little details and always makes sure I’m happy with the final look. Thank you, Thilini, for always doing such a beautiful job!
