The marketing manager is extremely unprofessional. He says whatever comes to his mind with nothing in writing. On several occasions, he told us that this project was “nothing” for them and that they could refund the money at any time. However, when we later requested the refund, he completely changed his statement and said, “No, I only said we can refund, but actually we cannot refund.” This is truly disappointing and brings shame to the company.
